Ahmad Al Tamimi

Ahmad Al Tamimi co-founded Oscar Interiors in 2007 bringing with him a wealth of industry and leadership experience that helped shaping Oscar Interiors's growth in the UAE.

 

With a passion for interior design and over 20 years of experience, Ahmad holds the principal responsibility for the overall direction of the interior design at Oscar Interiors.

Prior to joining Oscar Interiors, Ahmad held various interior design positions and obtained wide and extensive international experience in the interiors industry.

 

Ahmad is a certified interiors designer and holds a graduate degree in Interiors Architect and Design from Yarmouk University of Jordan.

Raed Al Molazem

Co-founder of Oscar Interiors, Al Molazem Raed holds a graduate degree in --- from mutah University of Jordan.

Raed is a determined and detail-oriented professional with proven success in leading the conceptualization and implementation of diverse interiors projects.

 

Raed has intensive hands-on experience in a variety of interior renovation and development projects and demonstrated effective collaboration with co-workers and clients.

QUALITY POLICY

Our philosophy is designed around providing a quality service that will meet our clients’ requirements; we are focused on meeting the needs of our clients whilst maintaining ultimate quality level.

  • At Oscar Interiors, we  follow a quality management system which ensures:

    • Controls on supplies

    • In process Quality Control & Stage Inspection

    • Testing of finished products

 

  • This is possible using both a structured Quality System Manual and a Quality Procedure Manual, which are available at all levels within the Company.

  • The Purchasing Procedures ensure that suppliers of raw materials are identified and continually monitored to guarantee reliable component/raw material sourcing. Constant inspections are done at supplier sites to reinforce that.

  • Life expectancy of finished case goods from Oscar under normal contract conditions is up to 10 years and beyond.

 

  • Process control, inspection, and testing form part of the continuous product monitoring & quality assurance system. Stringent tests are conducted to control non-confirming products & systems are in place to ensure corrective and preventive actions.

 

  • If product suffers from minor quality problems, the item is reworked and corrected to acceptable client standards. If major quality problems are encountered, the item is remade completely, to ensure total customer satisfaction.

 

  • The quality tolerance limit for all components manufactured within our facilities is +/- 0.5mm.

Oscar Interiors is committed to the policy of safe working conditions and practices, for all employees, suppliers, subcontractors, clients, and all those who may be affected by the company’s activities. 

 

Oscar Interiors is committed to take necessary precautions to prevent adverse effects on its employees, its equipment and the physical environment in which its activities are carried out.

 

The commitment is to continuously improve the safety system and procedures based on previous experience and regular review of our safety performance.

 

This commitment to safety is communicated to all employees and our subcontractors on project sites so they understand their role in fulfilling this policy and follow safety instructions and guidelines for overall safety and welfare of all.

 

Furthermore, appropriate training is provided and arrangements are also made for employees and management to consult on safety issues.

All employees and sub-contractors are expected to co-operate and assist in the implementation of this policy,

 

Management and supervisory staff have the responsibility for implementing the policy throughout the company and must ensure that health and safety considerations are always given priority in planning and day-to-day supervision of all work.

At Oscar Interiors, we realize the importance of implementing preventive actions to maintain and promote a safety work environment. Accordingly, we will make sure that all practical steps are taken to ensure that potential hazards and risks are always identified and that suitable and effective preventative and control measures are implemented.
